This policy covers the Fat Cat Tea website (fatcattea.com) and Fat Cat Tea Publisher, the internal application we use to publish videos to our own YouTube channel.
Fat Cat Tea Publisher and YouTube API Services
Fat Cat Tea Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The application is used only by the channel owner to sign in to the Fat Cat Tea Google account. When it is authorized, it:
- Accesses: basic channel information (channel name, handle and ID) and the videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and captions we upload.
- Uses that access only to upload and manage videos on the Fat Cat Tea channel and to confirm which channel it is connected to.
- Stores one OAuth refresh token, kept locally on the owner's computer. It is never sent to any other server, sold or shared.
- Does not collect, store or share data about viewers, commenters or any other YouTube users.
Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page. When access is revoked, the stored token stops working and is deleted.
This website
This site has no accounts, no forms, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability, for a limited time.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. We don't add you to lists or share your email.
Children
We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
